The Human Impact

Two atom bombs were used to bring about an end of WWII with japan and were dropped on two areas named Hiroshima and Nagisaki. 80 000 people died instantly in Hiroshima and 40 000 in Nagisaki. In the months and years after, 100 000s died slow and torurous deaths due to severe burns and radiation poisioning. Animals were not included in the calculations however hundreds and thousands of non-human creatures were harmed as well. Miles of useable ad previously livable land instantly became toxic wastelands. The atom bombs brought death, destruction, and half half a century of fear to the world.
